Peter Cunningham

PACPeter has previously worked with Constructing Excellence (NZ) where he worked with organisations throughout the construction supply chain delivering enhanced value on construction programmes and has worked with clients that include Auckland Transport, Auckland Council Property, NZTA, Mainzeal, Arrow International, Naylor Love, BRANZ, Department for Building & Housing and the Productivity Partnership.

Prior to that Peter worked for Constructing Excellence (UK) specialising in international industry reform including general management roles in membership, consulting and general construction contracting. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and is their current NZ Centre Chair.

Peter enjoys his spare time with his young family, cycling and following the fortunes of the Vodafone Warriors.

Verena Cunningham

Picture1Verena’s careers spans over 15 years of combined operational and advisory experience gained in Germany, the UK and New Zealand. She specialises in advising businesses on all aspects of pre- and post deal integration and separation assessment, planning and execution as well as synergy analysis and implementation. Verena also advises on program management office set up and program execution, Day One readiness and 100 Day execution on integration, separation and broader operational improvement and change programs.

Following a number of operational roles within the international Bayer Chemicals Group,  for the last 10 years Verena has worked for Ernst & Young both in London, UK and in NZ, advising corporate and private equity clients on navigation their operational pre- and post deal challenges. Most recently, Verena was responsible for the introduction of Ernst & Young’s integration and separation offering to the New Zealand market.

Verena has provided client advice, coaching and hands-on delivery support on over 20 integrations and separations, and her New Zealand clients include Vodafone, AMP, IAG, Turners & Growers, Heartland Bank, Gen-i and Pharmacybrands.

Verena enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and two young children, exploring the great New Zealand outdoors and photography.
